Ashely took great care of my husband and I. The subway location by hwy 80 was out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread and I went to the location in aquarena. I was upset but when I went to the aquarena location she had the Italian herbs and cheese bread!! :) and she was amazing with her customer service! Also everything was FRESH! :)
I'm writing this review from the prospective of a food service employee.I was asked for identification from 2 employees at the San Marcos store on aquarena springs dr. I did not have my ID on me as I did not drive to this location and was asked to present identification for my sandwiches,when I said I have the email confirmation and bank statements they proceeded to ask me for anything that had my name on it. I took a break from subway for a long while but I went back the other day and oh wow I got the foot long chick and ranch ! It was so delicious!
The employee working on 2/26/26 at 8:45 pm was genuinely on something and was super rude. i won’t be back.
