I feel sorry to say this, I know we all need to work, but the lady on Saturday had this attitude with me and clients coming after me. Maybe she had a bad day, I don't know.. but please if you work at costume service do your job.
I have always had a great experience at this location. Food is always fresh, the cookies are super delicious. I'm always greeted which is a nice gesture from the staff. The place is clean and quiet. Their music is at a perfect volume where you are not shouting out your order. But the staff is what keeps me coming back. The tiny girl with the glasses, Muskan, I think her name tag reads, is such a delight. So nice and friendly. Always smiling. Treats guests like they're her own. I have absolutely disappointed in this Subway, I ordered a sandwich on the Skipthedishes app. pizza sub. absolutely no marinara sauce, no house dressing or salt and pepper. $18 so I could get double meat and they couldn't even do that. they cheaped out on the veggie. I love Subway but this is got to be the worst sub I have ever gotten. just walk the two blocks and go to the one on Sherbrooke. do not order from this cheap Subway.
Awful service. Took of point's from app without a permission. This was happening several times.
