Food great, service... Meh. Everytime we come (about once a week or more) never have dr pepper. This time round was told they had it. I only get fountain drink for the Dr pep. Went to pour it, soda water splashed everywhere. Someone had stolen the nozzle on the machine and STILL no dr pep. Please get better with your drink machine

If i can give the staff service crew a zero i would! No customer service and very rude! Cashier got mad to a customer who was ordering a sandwich. The customer asked the staff for footlong and slice it after. I was seating when i heard the customer clearly, but the cashier did not understand and put meatballs instead of salami and bacon. when customer asked to replace the bread the cashier did not want but insisted that the customer wanted a meatball. cashier really needs more about customer service.
