Clever MO location The service stinks. They never have the meats for all sandwiches on menu. Last five times we have gone out of meats and some veggies. We went again on Feb. 9th out of stuff AGAIN. 2 girls working were stuffing their faces in front and very RUDE! We won't go back to this Subway.
My daughter went there recently with a gift card. The card did of read I the first swipe and the rude employee threw her already made sandwich to the side and tod her she could not get the sandwich. Next day my daughter used the same card at a springfield subway without a problem. If you want to be treated rudely go to the clever subway. My family will never go back!
its terrible, I will not go back to that store unless the staff is revamped. They are rude and disgusting. The food was good but we have not and will not be back until the manager has left. She is rude and I heard her screaming at a customer . She has no business being in that store or working with people at all. My friends have all said they will not return until she is gone.
I recently visited this subway with my children on my way to Springfield. The staff was very rude especially the Manager with freaky red hair and disgusting teeth. I could hear the manager cursing on the phone about something over her personal life and did not appreciate my children hearing her drop the F bomb. VERY unprofessional, I would not recommend this place, They need to replace the manager or teach her how to be a respectful person!
Very poor on my review for this store very rude staff and when u ask for the manager it was the rude one so kinda pointless to ask .. Bread is poorly made or very hard ,the store could be cleaner .the employees could lose attitudes , I've interviewed many many people on this place and many many people avoid this place because of one bad service visit this town isn't very big but I know one thing clever won't deal with this non sense store and will continue to buy from local business' that hire and do better for clever and th... read more
Their bread is hard, and every time I have gone in for breakfast the customer service is terrible. They're obviously not happy about working there, and they show it to their customers. If you ask for add-ons, they refuse, even if offered to pay for whatever the add-on might be. Poor service all around. I will not be going back, and I will tell anybody I know in the clever area to stay far away - Preferably Casey's.
