The service was horrible extremely slow the lead guy was lethargic and lazy and could care less whether the service was good or not never be back sad because I enjoy Subway eat there a lot but no more Subway China Grove hwy 299

I need a manager to reach out to me as soon as possible. This was not the experience I expected.
4-8-25 I guess they got rid of the slackers. Last couple times and today, I ordered ahead on the app, get there about 10 to 15 minutes later, and my lunch is packed and ready to go. I'm putting it back up to 5 stars. Thanks Y'all.. 4-19-24 I was hopeful and tried ordering online again today. I don't know who the young lady is working in there today, but she is awesome.
