Going in the subway tonight it was like walking into a club on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd . The rap music was blasting so loud it was ridiculous. The guy working with the coke bottle glasses has the personality of a paper cup. The girl I don't know how in the world she still got a job there she's always hateful and nasty I wish Subway would fire her and get rid of her she's hateful. It amazes me in the beautiful amazing town of Gray this is how Subway represents.
Online orders are always done incorrectly. Never picks up phone or corrects issue.
No customers in the store. Was made to wait over ten minutes while the one employee worked on an online order that wasn’t picked up before I left. Was told after waiting that they were out of pepperoni, which I wanted. Choose a different sandwich and continued to wait while my sandwich sat out. Had to avoid all toppings due to the lettuce being wilted and all containers of toppings being covered in freezer burn. Paid my 15$ and went to get my drink, drink machine is out of half the flavors. The girl that's working in the store tonight everytime I been in there she's always so hateful and nasty attitude. She's been there a while but I think she ought to think about a job change.
I ordered through the subway app and ended up having to cancel my order because their store says open till 10 but apparently closes at 9 after going to customer support AND talking to door dash both said I needed to get my refund directly from the merchant I went to the store and tried to talk to the manager about my refund showing proof of cancellation and everything else was told I needed to make a dispute with cash app so I called them and was told I needed to get the refund directly from the merchant or would have to wai... read more
