Very bad service provided by kelvin. Was thinking that he doesnot like to work. Was explaing him things but was giving tanturms .hope to never come back and saying everyone not to go if service is like this.
The sub maker Messed up grandsons order. She argued with me after her mistake. They should have given me the daily discount but she wouldn't. Very upset that she would argue with me in front of other customers. Wont be back. Hire people that understand client may not always be right but at least listen to us

They closes early in the storm one day. They had a line up even but they still kept closing due to no customers. and can only assume they did again today. No one could pick up the phone to right an online order.
Not once, but twice I have ordered online and both times I have received NO cheese on my sub, the order clearly states cheese on it. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but never again.
