Very disappointed in how subways runs a veterans day promo for a free sandwich but these small franchise locations will not , I can honestly say that my families sub desires (usually 3 to 5 times a month) will from this moment forward be satisfied by someone else.
I read some reviews from other people, and they aren’t lying! Only reason for 3 stars is because no employees have ever actually been rude, and I have never had a bad sandwich. This location has gone downhill, though. They close earlier than others in the area, and are obviously in a rush to get out as soon as they close, as a few months ago, an employee was already mopping the dining area like 35-40 minutes before they closed. Horrible service young girl was very rude 25 minutes till close never asked what I wanted just made it very clear they were closing up and they didn't have anything. There was three other people behind me as well I guess Subway can afford to lose about $100 a night. I will make sure people never use this Subway
The two girls working there today were very unpleasant. Especially the pregnant one with black hair. Going forward, I'll drive out of my way to go to another Subway. I won't be giving this one any more of my business.
There is no point in ordering ahead for the Subway restaurant. The employees have consistently made it a point, even when waiting 15 minutes before arriving, to not even start a take out order made through the app, until you have arrived and told them. The employees have shown that they do not care about the customers, their time, or their sandwiches. The sandwiches are hastily made and on many occasions fall-apart because of sloppy workmanship.
