I'm new to the area. I went to this store to get a sandwich because it is close to me. When I opened the door small children were immediately to my left and shouted boo. (Or something) I closed door quickly and started calming my breathing. The children continued to knock on the glass (they were being playful). Not only was my order totally messed up, the sandwiches were half toasted, soggy, on stale bread! The glass sneeze guards are busted open so they cover the veggies with a plastic cover! Worst subway on earth!!! Il never even go back to a good subway after this experience in Riverton, IL!!!
Sandwiches were fine and ingredients were mostly fresh. The lettuce was brown and all the cookies and baked stuff were piled all over in plastic containers. It just was messy. I was the only customer and the staff were on their phones when I came in so they def had time to be working.
