Note of appreciation for member of the team “Nitin”. We have been visiting this particular location for several months now, with weekly advance and in-person orders. Our interactions with Nitin have been nothing short of exceptional. He consistently prepares our specific orders to perfection (ie: dietary restrictions, ect ect). Found rat poo when I opened my sandwich 🤢🤢🤢 They say it’s crispy onions…. After fighting trying to say it’s crispy onions, despite admitting the shape and size is the same as rat poo rather than crispy onion, they called back offering to “remake the sandwich with the poo”… I rather not eat from this location again.
