I’m shocked by the treatment we received. When we pointed out a clear issue with our food, the employee didn’t apologize, offer a solution, or even listen—he simply dismissed us and walked away. That level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but the way a business handles them makes all the difference. In this case, they showed zero accountability or care. I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly caution others about the service here.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I found a metal piece in my sandwich—completely unacceptable and dangerous. This raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control.
