The service we just received was terrible. The employees were extremely rude. Asked for yellow peppers and they put on green peppers. We said,” oh sorry I wanted yellow peppers can you please take the peppers off.” With attitude she threw the yellow peppers on top rolled the sand which up and literally threw it on the counter. The sandwiches were so full that everything was falling out and the sauce wasn’t hardly even in the sandwich’s.
I prefer ordering online and just picking up the food as opposed to dining at the restaurant. We ordered from the subway in Buhl, ID and the food was good. They didn't cut one of the sandwiches but other than that there were no complaints :) Subway remains one of my favorites. I do wish the online ordering experience worked a little better though. Both the app and the website will occasionally freeze on the payment page and one time it even charged me three separate times for the same order. The money was eventually refunded... read more
