Stopped by late Sunday afternoon and ordered two sandwiches to go. Juan A. was working the entire store by himself — like a beast! He was handling to-go orders, prepping his station, and helping dine-in customers, all while delivering excellent customer service. He even managed a very disgruntled Uber/DoorDash driver with poise and professionalism, without missing a beat. Last Wednesday Nov 12 I placed a delivery order which they got wrong. I contacted the store but the manager was not in. I called back the next day and the manager offered to send a replacement friday for lunch. I haven't heard from her yet. I order every couple weeks from them and seldom do they get it wrong. Somewhat disappointed in the response.
I arrived around lunch and the two girls working the counter were very busy with lunch rush. They were both so kind and patient with everyone even though they were slammed. In this world sadly that's a rarity and it's something to be said about that subway location. Food was great as well!
My husband and I got lunch from here. I picked up our order and hurried home because he had work soon. One of our sandwiches was missing 3 of the veggies requested and had the wrong sauce. There were 3 or 4 other peoples orders piled up by the register, a man waiting to order, and only one worker. Do better🙄
