UPDATED after response by the owner - that is not the truth I DID NOT point out about the meal of the day - the elderly lady asked about it herself and the server said I have rang it through already. So the TRUTH is the server decided she was not going to do it - the lady did say she wanted the MEAL DEAL as it worked out cheaper. The young lady Libhen serving today had zero customer service skills.(1.41pm August 16 2026) There was a elderly in front of me who bought the sub of the day! Not asked if she wanted the meal. She was charged before the sub had toasted. While her sub was having vegetables put on she stated it was the sub of the day and it worked out cheaper to get the meal. This subways is one of of the best in town
I got a sandwich and requested for a bag. The employee gave me the bag but didn’t put my sandwich in it. I asked if they don’t bag anymore and her response was we do but there are two more customers behind me so she didn’t bag it. So, extremely disappointed customer service. Will not be going to this location anymore.
