Today I went to skyview subway with my family. At that time, between four and five o'clock, there were two girls working there. When I started ordering, I could clearly see from their faces that they were very rude with everyone. When I started giving them instructions to prepare my food, the girl responding to me in a very bad way. . WE PAY FOR SANDWICH NOT FOR YOUR ATTITUDE. I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The staff, particularly one lady with tattoos on her hand, displayed a very poor and arrogant attitude. It was clear they weren't interested in providing good customer service, which made the visit uncomfortable. I have been to many Subway, but this location is absolutely the worst one in food and service. Terrible customer service was given by two indian ladies' employees to every customer that came in while I was having brunch. Both women were also not wearing name tags. They are extremely rude and lazy to every customer. This place isn’t bad but I always come and it feel like there bread is always old, it’s hard and it’s not satisfying just because they bread is always so hard or tough to bite
Very rude and ignorant staff. Was at the location 15 minutes before closing and still was told hurry up we need to close the store and leave. Staff was in such a hurry that he didn’t even made the subs properly nor packed it in a paper bag. Half of the veggies were empty and didn’t care to offer it. Would travel 10kms to a different location but not come here. The guy shut the lights off even before i left the building. I wasn’t surprised after reading all the other comments.
