Went in today august 11, 2025 around 4:10pm. And a young brown gentleman with glasses and no name tag was standing at the front counter sitting on his cell phone. Walked up and was ready to order and he stayed on his cell phone not paying me any attention. A older Asian lady with the name tag ms dolly came to the front asking the gentleman to help or do what ever in the back away from the counter.
