I came into work that night and I was ordering me a sandwich and the worker was so rude. I told her I just got into work, She yelled at me saying I UNDERSTAND THAT!! And that she was under pressure and her manager wanted her to close before 10:00 PM. My question is why didn’t you close 10 to 15 minutes early that gave you time to clean up and everything and wrap it up and you’re saying that you kept having customers coming in even though they close at 10 PM. Pésimo lugar, el tipo Eagle es un grosero
Bread and cookies were underdone, cookies tasted like soap and metal, and the place is understaffed. They really need 2 employees. The only person who works there can't keep up with the lunch rush, which is obviously not their fault. But the customer service was poor even when it was slow.
