Last time we were at this location was 8 months ago. Things were not any better. Had a new hire doing the sandwiches and the other 2 guys were in the back having their dominos pizza. This was on 11/02/2025 at around 4pm. I do not fault the new hire I fault the other help for not being up there to help him out. Music was blaring. No management around at all. Today is Thursday October 9th 2025 I ordered at 7:25 pm. The guy who was working was incredibly unprofessional, rude and downright aggressive. Favorite menu item is the egg and steak flatbread!!
Placed an order online, went to pick up the order and they tried to rip of 6 cookies. They said they got the order but didn't see the cookies so I had to run to my car to grab my phone to prove they couldn't read. Once they had proof their eyes dont work they continued to be rude and state they were out of chocolate chip cookies and didnt know what to do.
