Placed an order online, went to pick up the order and they tried to rip of 6 cookies. They said they got the order but didn't see the cookies so I had to run to my car to grab my phone to prove they couldn't read. Once they had proof their eyes dont work they continued to be rude and state they were out of chocolate chip cookies and didnt know what to do. Ashley made me the most fire meatball sub I’ve ever had in my life. She was very nice and helped me with the menu. She deserves employee of the month for real.
