Person took 30 mins to make sandwiches and they were out of cheese sauce... food loin is right there I'm not happy
Last 2 times I came in, Nick..made me feel welcome and did a great job on the making me what I wanted. So, give him a big thanks from me...Woody Came in on 2/3/25....Wes, did a great job of being polite and making me a Great Sub to go....he took his time and make sure everything was OK...Jackie, was also working, and she has made me a few subs also over the last few months, and she is Top Notch. So keep up the good work and thank these two employees for doing a Super Job!
I got FOOD POISONING from a sub when the bottom of the bread wasn't baked all the way! After countless attempts to get a refund and being stonewalled, I am doing this PSA as a warning to others. The manager NEVER followed up with me after saying she'd have to consult with the owner about giving me a refund. I went to the store after I got well but she wasn't on duty at the time.
