This review is more meant to be a knock on all subways and the new systems they have put in place with their “subway series.” This specific subway, however, set me off because their toaster was out of commission and because of it being part of a travel center, I could not even use my rewards points. Got a chicken bacon ranch 12". Every subway ive ever been to has toasted the chicken and bacon together since it's supposed to be a "hot sandwhich." To my knowledge I shouldnt of had to ask for my chicken and bacon toasted. I corrected it ONLY because my chicken was frozen when I bit into it... the guy that made it was very rude about it and turned around to talk about me to a coworker.
