One of the nicest Subways around.
No conversation at drive through window about being short on jalapenos. But got charged for extra jalapenos and only had 3 jalapenos on one of my sandwiches. I called and was offered a free sandwich but that does not resolve the fact of no communication at the window when the order was placed about being short on jalapenos. Spend money every week there. Not planning on spending money there from hereforth and I buy 4 to 5 people at a time. Poor customer service and poor management. Nothing but excuses..
