Every time I’ve come in it’s been teenagers working and they are either messing around or don’t care at alll what they are doing. There should be no reason my food should look like this. Every time my girlfriend and I have come to this restaurant we have run into problems with how sloppy, incorrect, and inconsistent the food is. My meatballs should not be falling out of my sandwich into my bag. 1/5 stars easy.

Kind of weird situation. The guy wasn't wearing anything Subway branded, had a 'be right back' sign and when he did come back it was from outside. Then he had me pay with a Square payment system on his phone. I asked if the register was working and he said it was. Very weird to me. When I checked my bank app it said it was charged to Tuhy Subs. And it said the location of the restaurant was 280 Highland Drive, Kalispell instead of 170 Hutton Ranch location i was at.

I didn't even get food, got asked what I'd like after standing in the lobby for over 5 min before seeing a face, tell him what I wanted he then proceeds to continue finishing what he was doing first before helping us so I had to leave without food because I was in a hurry. If I wanted to spend time waiting for food I wouldn't have come to a fast food place. 3/02/25 at 5:30 pm .

This store was so gross today… the self serve soda are had crap splashed all over and the dust was an 1/2 inch think… stuff was spilled all over and splashed on the drink case next to it.. you can see the dirt accumulated at the edge of the machines… salt spilled all over as well… streaks of grossness dripping down the front of everything… now I’m wondering how clean it is where they make the food… my granddaughter did get really sick after eating there today….I won’t go there again.. its filthy.
