My husband and I LOVE subway and especially this one. We were across town the other day and stopped at the one by Walmart and will NEVER do that again. The sandwiches were shit, the service was shit and the girls were rude as hell and didn't know what went on the sandwiches either. The guys at the Steve Owens store are SUPER NICE, make the sandwiches amazing and just all out good workers!
My mom ordered footlongs for 4 adults and 1 kids meal. They forgot the drink for the kids meal and apparently extra anything on your sandwich translates to none at all. I ordered extra lettuce, pickles, and onion on my sub; I got only onion which left a crap ton to be desired. My mom likes extra banana peppers and ordered them on her sub and she got none as well. Do they know how to read or are they mad they have to do their job? Very disappointed with the service and food.
Amanda was super helpful and had great customer service. Will be back at that location!
