Don't try to use the Subway app to order. The owners (I think) did not help my wife and I place an order using the app as we stood in front of him at the counter. He just shrugged his shoulders and walked in the back of the store.
I always frequent the location knowing the family personally, even though I know that I get better quality food from other nearby locations. The 2 owners know me, not in a very personal manner but enough to recognize me when coming in due to frequency. After today, I unfortunately won’t be back. I placed an online order on a time crunch, and went in to pick it up.
