Such great service from this Subway! They have a really great team.
Customer service is usually great, I have been coming here for years. There's one girl that works there that is rude and absolutely disrespectful, she is a heaver set girl with glasses that looks like she completely hates her job. When I asked if I could pay extra for an extra sauce cup she declined and told me it's not possible, this has happened multiple times on more than just this occasion in the past two weeks and I'd rather not deal with disrespect while trying to order my lunch. The manager woman was terrible could really tell she had NO customer service training at all wouldn't admit she was wrong would take no constructive criticism and was just bad at her job in general other than that it was fine the girl in training was pleasant and did the best she could and the gentleman that answered our questions was good at his job
