Food was decent. Just tasted fine, like any other subway, but the Indian man working was so condescending and rude. First, he insulted a man coming in to pick up a sandwich for his wife, questioning why his wife would have ordered eggs (even if she did order eggs this is so unprofessional). The man then explained that his wife did not order eggs on her sandwich. He looked at the order and realized the man was correct. Then he berated him about how long ago the order was placed. I accidentally placed an order through the app for the wrong store (this location). I never picked up the food and immediately tried to request a refund. When I called the store, the employee told me they weren’t allowed to void the order, sounded annoyed, and then hung up on me. I contacted support through the automated chat twice and both times received an email from a manager thanking me for my “feedback” and saying they would “do better,” but I still never received my refund. 2nd time having a bad experience because of the guy in there. The first time he just had a bad attitude and instead of doing his CUSTOMER SERVICE job, he was more interested in with what was on his phone. This time he was again so interested in the tv that he didn’t even greet me and when asking if I had a pickup continued to stare at the tv.
