Subway on JFK has the rudest Customer Service you could ever experience. They prioritize, baking bread and online orders over Customer standing right in front of them. They don’t even acknowledge that you’re standing there. They just continue on with the task that they are doing. If they would even acknowledge your presence and tell you, it’ll be just a minute I have to finish this and why a person would understand, but they just let you sit there as if though they can’t even see you. I arrived. No one was in line. I stood there for over 10 minutes while three employees behind the counter worked making sandwiches, which I assume were phoned in or texted in ahead of me.
