We ordered an online order and got the wrong things then we went inside to say something and showed the recipet he started gaslighting me saying that we ordered that stuff on it when we removed it off are online order. And he would not remake the sub that we payed for and instead we had to throw out the sub because of how nasty it was. Worker was also being rude about the whole thing.
No complaints about the restuarant but the Subway company ordering website is nothing short of pathetic and corporate Subway should be embarrassed.
She was very mean. Didn’t care at all. Asked for my sub to not be toasted bc I have tmj, and asked for just the bacon to be toasted, but she ended up toasting it anyways..
Ordered spicy nacho chicken footlong & a footlong for my husband online, picked up & drove home to find a garlic steak footlong instead of spicy nacho chicken! Receipt clearly showed what we ordered! Called to say we'd pick the correct order and he said I would have a LONG wait to pick up the RIGHT footlong because he had a lot of online orders now! Really!!??? Doubt I'll be back if that's how THEIR mistakes are dealt with! And we left him a tip online that we can't get back!!
I’m not one that likes to nag about anything, but as a fellow ex subway employee I genuinely dislike coming to this location for 1 reason only. Everytime I come in, no matter who’s working they absolutely have attitude and act like they hate their jobs. The last time I went in, the male employee visibly rolled his eyes numerous times when my cousin was ordering subs for her family, and then just threw stuff on it. I’m sorry but if you dislike your job that much there are more options out there.
