Not much of a clean facility and the staff are not entirely professional. Also, my food when ordered there is not well made in the slightest.
Had a DoorDash order today and the driver said the store closed because they were busy? At 3 pm?
It is hard to fiend a place with customer service this bad, not only do they mess up your order every time you go there but on at least 5 occasions my I went or my boyfriend went approx 1-1.5 hours before they closed only to find the doors locked and see the employees ducking down behind the counter.
Good food, kind helpful staff, I'm on a walker, and they offered to carry my food to my table and get my drink for me. Decent priced. Close to KU Med Center so is convenient for families.
