I understand this location is in a small town that doesn’t sustain the same food rushes that a more populated area would (meaning they could use the old stuff quicker without it going bad), but if 80% of the lettuce put in my sandwich is pinkish instead of green, maybe try throwing it out instead. The bread also seems like it wasn’t fresh.

The elderly lady taking orders at the Subway began every interaction with “How many?”, which confused almost everyone I saw while I was there. The only other staff member—responsible for cleaning—seemed oddly out of it, possibly under the influence, which was surprising given that the restroom was actually very clean. The building itself has an old-world charm, but unfortunately, that’s about the only positive thing I can say about the place.
I wouldn’t even bother ordering online. Every single time I order online they never get it right. These employees need better training on how to read a receipt. Might as well make my own sandwich at home.
