This Subway location seriously needs to improve its customer service. They have an offer board right on their window, but when I tried to use the offer, the staff had no idea how to apply it. I even explained and showed them multiple times how it works, but they still couldn’t do it. It’s honestly disappointing — if you’re going to advertise offers, at least make sure your employees know how to process them. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Totally unprofessional and frustrating.
Hell yeah sammiches
Ordered 3 footlongs and a bunch of cookies on the app along with a friend's order. The food was ready at the set pick up time we'd chosen and our subs were awesome. Everything was perfect and as we'd ordered. The subs were fresh and veggies crisp . Only suggestion would be to add more napkins. Thank you.
Great portion and well made. Delhi, in Norfolk County is the place to go.
