The overall atmosphere today felt a bit uncomfortable due to the negative energy from one of the younger staff members. When I simply asked for vegetables on my sub, she let out a heavy sigh, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. That said, I really felt for the other employee working alongside her, who was handling the shift professionally. I hope management can check in with the team, as good customer service makes all the difference.
Coming in from Houston, really hungry and when walking in door the young lady looked annoyed didn’t even greet me and ask if I was DoorDash, I said no and she rudely replied that it’s going to take a long time for her to attend to me. I would have waited if she was nice in beginning however she was extremely rude in her manner.
Ordered online an when I came to pick it up two lady's were smoking an reeked of weed. Then brought the food home an sandwich was not heated. The meat had ice on it! not sure what kind of business these people are trying to run. 10/10 would not recommend
Slow
They are supposed to close at 9pm but when a certain dark haired female employee in particular works it's always closed early, sign off and door locked. This is so unprofessional. Get y'alls stuff together.
