Subway workers never fail to disappoint. Worst employees who don't understand english and lack basic work ethics. YOU LIVE IN AMERICA, LEARN ENGLISH. We were trying to place order and these two women were making faces and gossiping about us. We were patiently trying to make them understand what we wanted but instead they were trying to make fun of us. Utterly disgusting. Maybe give your employees some employee training and teach them english.
They made my sandwich wrong. Which i had already paid for. They don't speak english and were unapologetic about their mistake. I ordered through the app and my stuff was made wrong. I had to contact the owner Veronica, by going to someone who knows her number. The employees(probably illegals) would not divulge this information. Stay away from this subway at all costs. 5 miles down the road is a subway in avon. I'd recommend going there. Worst subway in the valley!
How someone can forget meatballs in the sandwich?
I have officially stopped coming to this Subway due to poorly made sandwiches and terrible customer service. It’s been consistently terrible for years. Usually I come when the app offers bogo free foot longs. But two terrible sandwiches provided by unfriendly people isn’t worth my $10 anymore.
I know Subways are a franchise, this franchise owner is the worst. Store dirty inside, worker(s) there have no clue, and very cheap. I asked for spinach for my sandwich. I literally counted 10 leaves. I asked her if she could put some more, she pulled out 3 more pieces, and just rearranged them to look like more. Really!!!
