I bought Tuesday special it was tuna the scope were very small I requested another scope the young man said $1 I was charged $1.50 when call had concern I talk to manager she said he said round and about it cost 1.50 every subway i visit they don't serve small amount of tuna only in Maricopa exploiting the customer
Great customer service manager in red shirt asked me if i ordered or need any help really welcomed me in the store today at 12:06pm and i had issues with the app then i was sweating so hot went to bathroom and thats when she asked me as i was walking by fast and efficient service very pleased coming in and getting my lunch and thanks again to the manager for asking me if i need to place order or if i made online order they made it right aways from my online order amazing i will be back
Had a QR code in the app for $6.99 sub. 2 guys working at the counter. Neither one knew if I could use on two subs. Decided to go ahead anyway. Subs were made as asked. Looked at the receipt in the car. $7.99 for the first sub and 12.29 for second. I went online and communicated through the ai in the app. I received a message from the manager who said “I cannot give you a refund for a product that you consumed and ordered at the store.” I did not consume it at the store.
