I ordered a protein pocket and wanted to substitute mayo for the Chipotle sauce. They said they can not substitute anything on them only remove. I feel you should atleast be able to change sauces.
Callie is absolutely amazing. I had so many issues with the app and was having such a rough time trying to get my food ordered. But she was so sweet and kind and honestly one of the best employees I have ever encountered at any subway location. I actually left the location that was closest to my house and went to this location after the two girls there were really rude and unhelpful about my order. I have zero regrets now.
