The best consumer service i've ever had in the subway
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to this Subway location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and jovial “welcome to Subway” from both gentleman behind the counter, who I came to know as Jay and Darren! Their service was quick, friendly, efficient, and super courteous — the owner even happened to be there and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right! Other subways in the area suck this one is the best one.
I had been a long time regular customer of this Subway shop. One of their servers (a black guy, claiming to be the manager!) is horrible at making sandwiches and extremely rude. I always avoid him and ask someone else to make my sandwich. Today this guy told me that either he will make my sandwich, or I will not be served. The prices at this Subway shop are much higher than the other Subway shops in the area.
