What a waste of time. Drove all the way over there because I received coupons FROM SUBWAY and when I got there I was told i couldn’t use them. What a joke. Employees are super nice but the owner apparently gives two craps about customer service. Last time I go to this subway
Very rude workers
Ordered a Philly cheesesteak on a Sunday evening at 7:30. Lucky if it had a 1/3 cup of meat in the entire footlong. It looked compared to the other sandwiches that someone had just wrapped the roll. There was more cheese than meat. Makes me sorry we tipped because sandwich artist was too lazy to get more or call us for a substitute. I added ketchup but photo below.
placed an order thru the app for this order to be picked up at 840. Moments prior they cancelled my order. No phone call nothing. When speaking with Jessica she told my husband no order had been placed. I took screenshot from my account and a screen shot of where the charge went thru my account. A few minutes later and I see somehow Jessica changed it so it claims my order was picked up.
