I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered through the app and the sandwiches were all wrong. The app malfunctioned and added things to them that didn't belong. Also the staff did not toast 2 of the sandwiches as requested. I went back to the store to see if they could resolve the issue. I’ve ordered from here when it’s convenient ( the closest spot) but they’ve never managed to botch a steak and cheese like they did. I get my bread in toasted, I go to bites into this sandwich after I picked it up via mobile ordering, and the whole thing was ice cold. I worked at subway at a point, that’s just not how you make those sandwiches lol
I ordered off of the app for the first time in. I guess I must’ve missed the part. Where asked you if you want your sandwich toasted I didn’t even think anything of it. I don’t know why I thought it was automatic. Ordered on the app and the employee helped everyone in the lobby that arrived after I placed my order and made a DoorDash before helping me. She told me it would be a while and then offered me a free drink and then took it back when she went to hand it to me. I ordered extra cucumbers and got THREE cucumbers on my sandwich. I will not be back to this location.
