Waited ten min while one dude did remote orders over who was standing in front of him.
I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered through the app and the sandwiches were all wrong. The app malfunctioned and added things to them that didn't belong. Also the staff did not toast 2 of the sandwiches as requested. I went back to the store to see if they could resolve the issue. I explained the situation politely and asked for new sandwiches to be made, but the staff refused stating that if I wanted new sandwiches I would have to pay for all new ones because she wasn't going to fix the issue the ... read more
I’ve ordered from here when it’s convenient ( the closest spot) but they’ve never managed to botch a steak and cheese like they did. I get my bread in toasted, I go to bites into this sandwich after I picked it up via mobile ordering, and the whole thing was ice cold. I worked at subway at a point, that’s just not how you make those sandwiches lol
I ordered off of the app for the first time in. I guess I must’ve missed the part. Where asked you if you want your sandwich toasted I didn’t even think anything of it. I don’t know why I thought it was automatic.
