The lady in charge is extremely professional and proficient with the preparation. The food is fresh and the service is great as well
Bought a delicious sandwich here last December while I was in Ottawa. Staff was nice and place was clean.
Worst customer service by one of the team member, who extremely arrogant. She didn’t even know how to deal with the customers. She refused to use me the restroom without make sure that I am customer. She should learn the values of hospitality.
