I ordered my food online through the Subway app today, and it was marked as ready. When I arrived at the restaurant, the female staff member working the afternoon shift rudely told me that my order wasn’t ready. I stood outside while several customers who arrived after me were served first. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes, and the overall attitude from the staff was very disappointing.
Went to this subway yesterday ( July 14). I had a gift card to use. I ordered my food and was paying when one of the staff indicated the gift card I had doesn't work at their location. They tried anyway and it didn't work. I had no other means available to pay for my meal. I apologized, thanked them and began to leave the store. Both staff reprimanded me for not paying for my meal. I had to explain 3 times further to them that I had no other way to pay, so I had to leave my food and leave the store. They continued to berate ... read more
