I stopped here on 9-19-25 around 4 pm. There was a lady working (she had blonde hair) I can’t remember her name or I would post.. She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was excellent and I wanted to make this review just because of her and how well she treated me. I usually don’t post reviews like this, but she absolutely deserves it along with a raise!! lol I will definitely eat here more often just from this experience. Great job!!!
I will say normally I have a great experience here. Today idk if it’s because miss baldwin recognized me or what but the lady at the counter clearly told me she didn’t know what she was doing. When I told her exactly how to make my dipper step by step she done that but only half not the foot long. She did give it to me and even told Michelle she didn’t know what she was doing and she never offered to help the girl. Don't open till way over an hour then there supposed to and you get completely ignored cause they're to busy on their cell phones or nowhere to be seen.
Stopped in for lunch today while shopping. My daughter stood in line to order and was completely ignored. No, she's not a child or extremely short. Along with acting like she was invisible, they waited on a store employee before her, one that entered subway while she was in line. They didn't even offer a courtesy nod for acknowledgement. Will NOT be going back there! Some of the worst service I've ever had!!
Food isn't great but service is worse. They will ignore you blatantly and serve their friends before you. I've worked fast food for years. This is not good service. They are not friendly.
