We specifically go to this Subway due to their 6pm special (buy 2 footlongs get a free 6 inch) which has been offered for over a year. The signs advertising the special were up when we went in at 7pm. However, when we asked for our free sub the employee said the special ended yesterday. There were no dates on the signs and they had early been up all day (it was 7pm when we went in). These signs have also been up for over a year without any issues. Great coffee
Placed an order and it took over an hour to get my sub. Employee setved multiple customers who came in after me and made orders for doordash that were placed after mine. Waited in store for 40 minutes while he made other sandwiches. Sandwich was cold by the time I finally got it as he decided to toast in then wait another 15 minutes to finish making it.
My bread was still dough-y and undercooked on the inside, never returning here especially after sending a complaint to the store and only being told the the info was being shared with the team and that they'll see me soon... nah
The lady tried to put rotten cucumber on my sub and I had to stop half way through when I look at what the cucumber looked like. Got home to find out the bread she use is stale.
