Always slow, but this time at 12:45 the cashier touched the toaster tray handle with bare hands and then proceeded to put on gloves to handle food. Then the other workers touched the same handle and then the food. So if she put on gloves and it touching the till, her hands aren’t clean, right? Then why does she touch clean surfaces without gloves. Gross
Staff are very rude consistently at this location. I would recommend any other Subway than this one.
Did an online order, the order was wrong in a very bad way (they didn't put any cheese on it). When I contacted them about it, their response was "thanks for sharing your feedback" and then they marked my support ticket as resolved. Yea believe it or not, that was not the response I was looking for. When I'm getting scammed by a restaurant, I actually expect some sort of resolution.
