Went in today for my regular lunch which is vegetarian, they didn’t switch knives or gloves. I have never had this issue at any other subway
Сервіс не дуже гарний. Хлопець який обслуговував вважає що всі клієнти працювали в subway. Тому він нервує коли не так швидко відповідають клієнти як би йому хотілось. Тому і атмосфера така собі. Не любите людей мінайте роботу

Used the app to order during their buy 1 footlong get the second half off and we bought 2 footlongs with 1 being a meal and 6 cookies total. When I got there, the order was missing my sub and 2 cookies as well. I tried to fix the order with the employee but she was unable to do returns and the manager was not there. I had her write the problem on the receipt so i could return and have it fixed the next day but the manager was not there again.
