Bread is always stale
Today July 16th 2025 me and my family went to one of our favorite places to eat we got there around 5 pm typically we go at earlier times in the day but not today and we 1000% regret it simple because of the atmosphere and service we went in and ordered 3 sandwiches the older girl in there asked us what bread for each and the younger girl asked the older one if she wanted her help that’s where it started the older lady looks at the girl and with attitude said i can do this on my own then it proceeds to more and more horrible... read more
Total disaster every freaking time. Out of all chips this day, no fountain drinks the next time, sorry we're out of tuna. Dirty counters, untrained employees. A mother/daughter team that are a trainwreck. I mean a TOTAL trainwreck. I was so excited when Subway came back to Hiawassee but this is a franchisee that is clearly out of their depth.
They made my sandwich completely wrong. Did it put lettuce, added tomatoes to my nachos. Then it took almost an hour. Their drink machine wasn’t even working so I paid for fountain drinks and got bottles. 10/10 would not recommend going here.
