Let’s see….I was unaware that this subway was a “bring your own drink “ if you actually want a beverage that tastes correctly. 1st drink: The Dr. Pepper had zero flavor…the worker acknowledged this fact. 2nd drink: You could literally taste the tea grounds in my cup of sweet tea…the worker also acknowledged this fact , but she could not make more due to having no sugar. Ordered a new menu item and the employee, who was new, put the wrong chicken on it. That wasn't the main issue. The main issue was the manager who loudly proclaimed we don't do substitutions on this particular item, as though I picked the meat out. Then very loudly made sure the employee putting it together knew it came with this, this, and this ... nothing else. I wasn't sure if I could even ask for anything else or if I would be told what I wanted.
