Ordered 3 subway club salads, online, and it's supposed to come with 2x cheese, and they didn't put one slice of cheese anywhere. It's to pricey to pay for these salads as it is, and then to forget a pretty main staple ingredient. I'm also not impressed with the dressing on the side, with barely any dressing in the container.... Do better for others! I'm not coming back, so don't worry about my future needs. And no, subway, I won't call your customer service reps to talk about my experience....

Good but manager yelled at nice employee for no reason
I had called in a phone order telling the staff I had a coupon for 2 foot longs for 12.99 I ordered a ham on wheat and half tuna half chicken teriyaki for the other footlong. When I arrived I presented the coupon and it rang up to 17 dollars. They said there was an up charge for having two different sandwiches on a footlong.
