Don’t waste your time here. The manger needs to do better at running a business with heavy lunch traffic. I get there are other options but paying customers shouldn’t have to wait an additional 40 minutes for a scheduled mobile order, especially when most of their clientele are office and construction workers who have timed lunch. I am in no way bashing the employees they are doing their best at keeping up. The problem lies with management, they need to hire more staff or come in and help themselves. It’s ridiculous.
I’ve gone here many times and they never seem to make my order right. I thought ordering through the app so that they could see exactly what ingredients I wanted would make a difference. But literally I got 2 ingredients out of like the 8 I ordered. Very disappointed. To have to pay almost $16 for this? …. I’m just going to be taking my business to jimmy John’s from now on.

Came in today for lunch, and I am absolutely amazed how the customer service of this store has absolutely gone downhill to the bottom of a freaking trashcan, absolutely rude employees, doesn’t care about customer service. And acts like they don’t even want to be here, do better.
