I’ve gone here many times and they never seem to make my order right. I thought ordering through the app so that they could see exactly what ingredients I wanted would make a difference. But literally I got 2 ingredients out of like the 8 I ordered. Very disappointed. To have to pay almost $16 for this? …. I’m just going to be taking my business to jimmy John’s from now on.

Came in today for lunch, and I am absolutely amazed how the customer service of this store has absolutely gone downhill to the bottom of a freaking trashcan, absolutely rude employees, doesn’t care about customer service. And acts like they don’t even want to be here, do better.
We walked in and all the chairs were put up over an hour before closing. The man working asked if we had an online order. We said no and he said “it’ll be a while” and walked away. We left :( very disappointed in the lack of sandwich haha
