We have visited more than once and it’s always the same- slow and terrible. Very unsanitary, guys with beards not wearing beard nets, food everywhere on the cooler spots, touching money and then food with same gloves. I used to love subway but not anymore- this place is gross!
Stopped by for a pickup order and went on my way home. I was eating on the way when I discovered this in my sandwich. Very unappetizing to say the least. I called to report this and spoke with manager who was apologetic and kindly gave me a refund. However, she insisted there was no employee it could have came from which I found to be untrue. Just picked up my online order and my sandwich has no lettuce.. Like isn't that one of the main ingredients? Also no spinach, just very skimpy with remaining veggies. Also, order was not ready at the pickup time provided. Called and was spoken to by some rude guy who handed the phone to someone else because "he was gonna freak out". Seriously? Do better Subway. Good grief.
