Stopped here recently for a footlong for takeout. I got out to the car and discovered I didn’t have all the condiments packets I asked for. I went in and told the woman-who appeared to be the co-owner. I kindly asked for mayonnaise packets, saying it looks like they weren’t put in there, only oil and vinegar. She told me she put two of each in-mayo, oil, and vinegar. Practically barked at me to go back out and check. I did and discovered I had them, just missed them. I accidentally placed an order on my app to this restaurant and called straight away to request cancellation. The person told me she hasn’t started on my order but she’ll ask manager before canceling it and I should expect a call back in a few minutes. However they never called me back and also charged me for my order. This just shows their integrity and dishonesty.
