Pulled in for a sub, just a quick lunchtime trip. Hit “pay” on the screen… then it asked for a tip. No handshake, no smile, no human in sight, Just me and a tablet locked in a silent fight.
Staff do not know how to 'Not toast a sandwich'. Everytime I go hear I request my sub to not be toasted, can't say it enough times, and it always comes out toasted. Please train these staff better.
The worst subway in the city, wouldn't wish my worst enemy to go there, always messing up orders never put enough stuff on it just bad
