I had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Gurjot Singh. He was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. He took the time to prepare my order perfectly and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. Employees like Gurjot make customers want to come back. Keep up the outstanding work!

Ramil was very nice while serving me. He made a great sandwich and gave me everything I requested on it. The only complaint I have is that the floor was very wet and as a person walking with a cane, it was very dangerous for me. But other than that, it was a great experience.

I was disappointed with my experience. The employee seemed very focused on the drive-thru when we entered, and I felt like the customers inside the restaurant weren't getting much attention. The communication wasn't very friendly, and the customer service could have been much better. I understand it can get busy, but acknowledging customers and providing a welcoming experience goes a long way. I hope the team can work on balancing both the drive-thru and in-store customers, because I believe they can do better.

Had a great experience at Subway. I tried the veggie patty sub and it was fresh, tasty, and made perfectly. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed my visit and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
