An experience witnessed at this Subway location was extremely disappointing. A first-time customer simply needed help understanding how to place an order, but instead of receiving basic customer service, they were treated poorly, mocked, and made to feel uncomfortable. The situation appeared to become even worse after the staff heard the customer’s accent, which came across as discriminatory and disrespectful. There are two older ladies that work morning shift on a Thursday. Very sweet and funny ladies❤️
This place is a nightmare the manager is completely inconsiderate she’s will not give money back after they messed up my order . Do not come to this location they will just put whatever they want on your sandwich and not call if they are out of anything.
This is the worst location around The manager Is very disrespectful when you call to tell her that her staff messed up your order she will just tell you pretty much that there is nothing she’s going to do about it and pretty much oh well.
