Came in to get a sandwich the first thing the person does is grab a unclean knife simply wipes it on the counter and goes to cut with it seeing that they don't use clean utensils I just left
It was ok
Ken is apparently eternally unhappy and doesn’t know how to show any proper customer service at all. I hope your not that unhappy in your personal life
They said that they offered military discount, but our bill did not reflect any discount at all. Additionally, we asked for a meatball which was listed as the special and were told they did not have it despite previous customer had ordered a meatball sub. Not very friendly atmosphere.
